The Role

We’re looking for a Designer to own the creative behind our campaigns — the display ads, landing pages, and emails that turn media spend into tangible outcomes. You’ll work across a roster of varied clients, translating offers and audience data into creative that’s on-brand, conversion-focused, and ready to ship.

This is a role for someone who’s equally comfortable in a design tool and in the data — someone who wants to know whether the work performed, not just whether it looked good.

What You’ll Do

  • Design online ad assets: display and programmatic banners (static and animated HTML5), social ads, and more
  • Design and build landing pages built to convert
  • Design email creative for campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Adapt a single creative concept across formats, sizes, and channels — Google Display, Meta, and other platforms
  • Use performance data and insights to inform creative decisions and iterate
  • Use AI tools for research, ideation, and production to explore more directions, faster
  • Collaborate with our strategy and media teams to keep creative aligned with campaign goals

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong portfolio of digital advertising and/or web creative
  • Proficiency with [design tools — e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite]
  • Comfort combining data and creative — you use the numbers to make better creative, not just to decorate it
  • Genuine comfort using AI for research and creative development
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay on-brand across many clients
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Video editing / motion graphics experience
  • Hands-on HTML5 banner production experience
  • Familiarity with financial services or credit union marketing
